HOW TO MAKE JALEBI

Step by step process to make jalebi


Ingredients


All purpose flour(maida)-1 cup

Cardamon powder-1/4 tbsp

Saffron-a pinch

Sugar-1 cup

Water -as required

Method

  1. Make a thick batter of maida using water and keep it overnight to ferment.(batter should be thick like idli batter)

For sugar syrup

  • Boil sugar in some water until it melts completely.Then low the flame.

  • Add cardamon powder for aroma.,and saffron .

Making of jalebis

  • Put the batter in polythene bag with small hole.

  • Heat oil in a pan.Squeeze the batter out of the bag into the hot oil in shape of jalebis.
  • Fry jalebis until light brown in color.

  • Transfer the fried jalebis into warm sugar syrup.Soak them for a minute.
  • And jabelis ready to eat.

    Here is step by step process

    Ingredients

    Peanut-1 cup

    Jaggery-3/4 cup

    Ghee-1 tbsp

    Cardamon powder -1/4 tbsp

    METHOD
    1)Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.



    2)Melt jaggery to thick syrup.




    3)Add crushed peanuts,along with some cardamon powder into jaggery syrup.



    4)Grease a plate with ghee and spread the cooked mixture in the plate evenly(use rolling pin for spreading).



    5)After it cools slightly, cut it into desired pieces.



    (Instead of cutting it to pieces u can use the same mixture to make peanut ladoos)

    RAVA LADOO

    HOW TO MAKE  RAVA LADOO

    HERE IS STEP BY STEP PROCESS FOR MAKING RAVA LADOO


    Ingredients for making rava ladoo

    Rava/Sooji-1 cup

    Ghee-1/4 cup

    Sugar-1 cup

    Elaichi/cardamon-2no.

    Cashewnuts-10 no

    Grated coconut-1/4 cup


    METHOD OF PREPARATION

    1)Heat a pan and add rava into it,reduce the flame and roast the rava until it turns light brown in colour. Keep stirring the rava ,so that it doesn't get burnt.After roasting the rava keep it aside to cool down


    2)Now roast cashewnuts in tablespoon of ghee,keep it aside.


    3)In the same ghee roast grated coconut until it turns light brown colour.



    4)Now transfer the roasted rava into  large bowl,add into it sugar,roasted coconut,fried cashewnuts,and  heated ghee.



    5)Sprinkle milk and mix thoroughly.

    6)Make small balls of this mixture ,if you are not able to make the balls sprinkle more milk( to reduce the dryness of mixture) and make balls again.

    7)Ladoos are ready to eat.

    Ingredients required for making Ragi ravva Ladoo Sweet




    Ragi = 1 cup
    Grated Jaggery = 2 cup
    Coconut = 1 pieces
    Sliced Almonds & Raisins = 1 cup
    Elachi powder = 2 Tbs
    Butter = 2 tsp 






    Method for making Ragi Ravva Ladoo




    1. Ragi grain are difficult to smash as they are. So you need to sun dry them or just dry fry for few secs in a hot pan and smash them.



    2. Warm a pan and  add ragi grain to it. Dry fry them for few secs. 



    3. Rough smash Ragi grain to get a rava structure. Now warm a pan with 1 tsp of butter. and fry ragi rava for 5mins or until the awesome fragrance comes out of it. Change off pan and allow it to awesome. 


    4. Take a  fresh coconut as it has the wetly texture which blends all the ingredients together. 

    5. Grind coconut well and keep aside.

    6.  Now mix all the substances in a dish together. ( Milk is not needed to make balls )

    7. As the coconut is fresh You will be able to make  nice round ladoos.and serve the best cooking recipe of indian

    Wheat Halwa

    Here is step by step process of making delicious wheat halwa 


    Ingredients


    Wheat flour - 2 cup
     Sugar - 2 cup 
     Milk - 3 cups 
     Ghee - 1 cup


    Method


    1. Make thin sugar syrup by adding water and sugar and let it boil.

    2. Take a pan take 2 tbsp of ghee and add the wheat flour,keep frying until the raw smell goes...and check       flour should not burn  
                     

    3 Take another  pan take 1tbsp of  ghee into the pan add cashew nuts and raisins(kismis) each of  4 tsp and     fry them till brown in colour
      

    4   Take cardamom powder  of  2 tsp put into the flour

    5   Keep all the mixture and pour into the sugar syrup slowly and keep stirring the mixture with other hand.

    6. After pouring all the mixture  keep the stove with low flame and let the mixture to cook  for 10 minutes.

    7. After cooking spread the mixture on greesed vessel make it cool ,then serve it


    Barfi

    Here is step by step process for making Barfi



    Ingredients



    crushed khoa - 3 cups
    sugar powder - 1 cup
    Dark chocolate - 100gms
    wallnuts and almonds - ½ cup



    Method


    1. Cook crushed mava+ sugar powder in a kadai on a low fire, till  it starts leaving the frying pan.



    2. Remove the pan from fire & cool the mixture.




    3.Saparate the mixture into two parts.




    4. Then add 100gms of melted choclate and crushed nuts to one part  of mixture.




    5. The other part of mixture should be left whitish.




    6. Take a square shape tin apply some butter to that , now pour the chocolate mixed khoa and  above this mixture pour the mixture which was left white.




    7. once it cools cut into shapes as you like




    8. Dip the white  top part in melted & cooled chocolate.




    9. Decorate with almond, almond and silver paper

    Dry cook all these substances and create into powdered.

    Now slice 3-4  onions then place a pan, fry it with a cup of oil or ghee


    Fry it finely until it becomes brown in colour

    You can add the red onion as it is or create deep-fried red onion paste  to the marinated Chicken latter

    To make chicken marinated ,place  1 kg of chicken in a mixing bowl and add the
    Yoghurt – 1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsps
    Salt as per taste
    Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
    Coriander powder – 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
    Biryani masala – 1 tbsp
